Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. Hence we will try to provide our sevices in the best effort. We have a no refund policy for services provided. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will reservice the work, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying or subscribing to it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects however there’s no refund policy on projects that have been already in process. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 1 business days prior to the initialization of the current service will not be entertained.
We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products or services we can provide a refund only in case if we have not invested our time in the project, meaning upon receiving the payment and before commencing of the services, if the client chooses to cancel the order then we will refund the fee for the service order less the transaction costs.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
